Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Covre Technologies LLC ("Covre," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Covre AI receptionist service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who This Applies To

This policy covers two groups: (a) our business customers — the businesses that sign up for and use Covre; and (b) end customers — the people who contact a business through Covre (e.g., someone texting a plumber's number). For end-customer communications, the business customer is the controller of that data and Covre processes it on their behalf.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share information with trusted third-party providers strictly to operate the Service:

ProviderPurpose
AnthropicAI processing of messages to generate receptionist responses
TwilioSending/receiving SMS, voice, and voicemail
StripePayment processing and identity verification
SupabaseDatabase and authentication hosting
ResendTransactional email delivery
Google / MetaOptional calendar and messaging-channel integrations you choose to connect

These providers are permitted to use the data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. AI Processing

Message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We instruct our providers to process this data only to deliver the Service. AI-generated responses may be imperfect; business customers are responsible for reviewing communications handled on their behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and communications data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below; some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and a service architecture that restricts who can access data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

9. SMS Messaging & Consent

If you are a business customer, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent (including under the TCPA) from your end customers before they are contacted through the Service, and for providing them any privacy or messaging disclosures required by law.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received through the Service. End customers can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and can request help by replying HELP. We and our business customers honor opt-out requests. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
